Time limit for deciding a vote in the forum after sending out a group circular.

Using the forum to make decisions is paramount to prevent our mailing system being clogged within ogame, and to preserve the thinking for new members to why we came to our decision, and even to revote and rethink if it is seen as approriate.

I think the right precedure to a group decision, is to let everyone in ACE know within ogame by sending out a circular, pointing them to a section in the forum where we can bash ideas, and finally have a vote.

One thought is that some of our group are on Ogame more regular than others.

Some decisions are more urgent than others.

We need to decide how long we should bash ideas around for, and then how long we have to vote on an idea.
