It's worth giving them a few days incase they're in a car accident affraid - bit tight adding to their difficulties lol! , but after 5 days, go for it..

7 days they're out anyway, and fair game to everyone.

The only exception to this rules is if they have sent out a circular telling everyone that they are going to be away for a few days, but keep their mines up and running (turtle). It would be up to them to deter any attackers by ensuring their defense is up to it.

Such a person can still be probed to make sure they have not been breached. If an inactive is being farmed by someone else, they may as well be farmed by ACE members.
